Shipping & returns
Plantgoed ships worldwide. The estimated delivery times and shipping costs are based on your location and the size and total weight of the order.
For shipping costs within the Netherlands and to Belgium, Germany, Denmark and Sweden, you add your products to the shopping cart, fill in your destination country and the correct shipping costs will be calculated.
For all other countries, please contact me directly by e-mail for more information on shipping costs.

Delivery times depend on your location. We ship our products within the Netherlands by bike messengers Fietskoeriers.nl. To other countries we ship with DPD and DHL. We send our orders at least three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and maybe we pleasantly surprise you by sending it the same day. When the products are in stock, the average delivery times are:
Within the Netherlands: 1-3 business days*
Within the EU: 3-6 business days*
Worldwide: 6-14 business days*
Of course, we are reliant on the delivery schedule of the carrier.
International: International customers please note: all our shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Customers outside the EU may be required to pay import duties or customs fees upon receipt of their delivery. Certain countries also limit or prohibit importation of seeds and plants.
We do not know the regulations of your country, therefore it is your duty of care to contact your local customs office for accurate information on the above.
*COVID-19 update* – As you know, the current pandemic has put significant pressure on the transport industry. The delivery time and shipping costs fluctuate daily; delivery times take longer and cost more. Plantgoed has no influence on this and can therefore not give any guarantees when your parcel will be delivered.
Not loving your product? You have 30 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it. Custom made products are excluded from this, these cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if upon inspection the product is found to be damaged, incomplete or used. Returns will only be accepted if they have been notified to us by email prior to sending them back.
If the returned product meets the above criteria, we will refund the purchase amount into your account within 30 business days.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipments are at your own risk and the cost is non-refundable. Unstamped returns will not be accepted.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. This email contains your order number, the product/ products ordered, shipping costs and total order amount. There are several ways to securely pay the total order amount via Sisow, iDeal, Bancontact or Paypal. Orders will only be delivered once full payment has been received. If payment is not received within 10 business days, the order will be canceled.
